I typically wait while my car is being serviced, and Galpin makes that easy. The waiting area is comfortable, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the new FIKA Kafé is a nice touch. I used to enjoy having Starbucks at the old location, but the espresso drinks here are exceptionally good. The service experience has also become more transparent. You now receive a video from the technician explaining any findings and recommendations, along with a text message containing your updated quote. During my most recent visit, the technician recommended replacing one of my front tires due to unusual wear. After reviewing the video and inspection results, I decided to replace both front tires since they were wearing faster than the rears. This was actually the first time I've requested more work than was recommended. I appreciated being given clear information and options without any pressure. I plan to keep my XC40 for a few more years. It was one of the first 2019 XC40s sold by Galpin when the model was released, and with only 40,000 miles on it, it's still running like new. Will I be back? Absolutely. Galpin makes servicing easy, and the technology they've added to the process is a big improvement.

Just picked up a black on black XC90 and I couldn't be happier. The car looks incredible and drives even better. Smooth, luxurious, and just an all-around perfect fit. Huge thanks to Sako for making it such an easy experience!

This review is primarily for their service department. The place is impressive as far as aesthetics and space. However, they really need to train the people who schedule appointments, not to schedule a customer if they need diagnostic workup, on a Saturday. They do not and will not do diagnostic workup on Saturdays! I had told the person that sounded like a technician, who took my appointment about the exact issues and he accurately read them back to me in detail. I should have been told that I needed to schedule my visit during the week instead of on a Saturday. Pishan was especially very professional and courteous. Most of the staff is overall courteous and professional. I appreciated the gentleman who washed my car and tires . I would suggest that they need at least a small outdoor seating area. Just a few chairs, and a table. It's good to get some vitamin D while you are waiting for a few hours to get your car taken care of. Warning their coffee cup did not fit the coffee cover very well and it ended up burning my thumb with first degree burns and redness. The pastries look good but they do not taste very fresh, so I would skip the pastries.

Sako was amazing! Super helpful, easy to work with, and made the whole buying process genuinely fun. Highly recommend!

Still, Andrew laid out my options in a realistic manner without being disrespectful or condescending. It felt he put himself in my shoes and understood my timeline and limited funds. I respect his candor and his transparency but his empathy went a long way. Even after we were connected with Maldino in finance, my dad was so shocked at the level of service, kindness, professionalism, honesty, and swiftness of the entire transaction. We had a potential trade in and they were SO accommodating. I would highly recommend Galpin!!!

Not just 5 starts, 50 stars! Sako is out of this world! My absolute best car buying experience. I am still in disbelief that such dealership and service exists! From the beginning when I called, Sako was outstanding, he quickly gave me their lowest price on the vehicle. I quickly put down a refundable deposit. He arranged a valet to pick me at the LAX airport (easy $60 Uber savings). Then the car was ready for me. Financing gave me multiple options and matched my own bank. I received 1 year bumper to bumper and 10 year power train warranties free of charger. I was mad for not finding this place a year earlier since I bought 2 cars last year. The service, the quality, the value are unmatched. Go in and ask for Sako.

After a terrible experience at Rusnak Volvo, we drove 30 minutes south and had a absolutely amazing experience buying a new Volvo! Andrew patiently answered all our questions and was incredibly kind the entire time. In fact EVERYONE we interacted with was incredibly kind. Galpin obviously makes it their business to treat the customers with respect and integrity.

I had an amazing experience buying my used Acura RDX A-Spec with the help of Alen Yousef Pour! He was super patient and helpful. it took about a month to find the exact car I wanted, and Alen never rushed me or gave up. He made sure I got a great deal and even worked out a really good discount. I really appreciate his honesty and dedication. I absolutely love my new RDX and couldn't have done it without him. I've waited to review this dealership until finish the maintenance so I can provide more precise review 🙂 I thank Maldino and sales Manager to help me finalized my decision to purchase XC90 I used to drive a sedan so it was a big change Maldino communicated with me when I had trouble to adjust this car since I'm not use to new cars. It's wonderful to have someone who can help me. Also I thank Vahan who is the service consultant whenever I visit there. He explain the services what I should do & the process so I can understand fully before make the decision what I'd like to do this time. He remembered about the conversation what's going on and send the messages about the progress. He makes sure that we are on the same page. I'm happy that I purchased the extended warranty even though Galpin offered good warranty as well. I don't have to hesitate to visit the service center. The people that work here are very nice, but it is so hard to get an appointment, no loaners are ever available, it's frustrating. Also the new location is so much more inconvenient than the previous. For being a "luxury car" I feel they need to have it feel more like a luxury experience.

I walked into the Volvo in North Hills and fell in platonic love with two things: my new XC90 and Kevin McEneaney. I didn't think it was possible to have a pleasant car dealership experience but Kevin proved me wrong. He's a gentleman! Been having my car serviced with Galpin for the past 6 years. Regular service, you can request in advance a loaner - i've been very lucky to always receive one. The dealership just opened this new location in april of 2025 - very nice seating area - area to order a coffee or grab a snack. I reccommend always booking appointments in advance and early - this location is extremely popular so i have found its hard to get in last minute and later appointments may be delayed depending on what they are facing from earlier customers. Also, take advantage of their mailers - they send coupons quite often which are always a huge help when you have a surprise issue pop up.

He's such a nice guy, was never pushy and was only interested in helping me get the best deal for not only the car I was buying, but for my trade-in, too. I will also add that I went back the next day to have the ceramic coating put on and the customer service was outstanding. Nemo was awesome! Just had a great experience at Galpin Volvo while working with sales associate, Andrew Wuepper. If you want a down-to earth, friendly and not pushy sales person, Andrew is your guy. Even though the process was long (when isn't it?) Andrew made the process smooth. I admit, I was definitely having some indecisive thoughts choosing the XC60 over the XC40, and Andrew gave me ALL the room I needed to work things out in my head. There's a big diff btwn gas vs. plug-in hybrid, and although the hybrid appeal is REAL for so many reasons , that stinking 40 is CUTE! But, in the end, I made the right choice that's in line with my values, and I'm excited I did. Never felt an ounce of pressure from Andrew, which I completely appreciated. There's going to be a little bit of a learning curve with my XC60, and technically I've only had it for a couple of hours now, but I feel confident Andrew will help us if we need it. Now, let's see if the Service Department experience will be just as positive... 😉

I had been car shopping for days when Kevin first contacted me and I was reaching my limit. I was frustrated with the harsh sales tactics, false promises, and flat out lies. Kevin was honest from the beginning and quickly began gaining my trust. He did a ton of research before asking me to come in which made me feel heard and respected. While Martin and Cynthia were both friendly and clear communicators, the biggest reason they're a five star team is their speed when working together. We practically had the deal terms completed in less time than it took a couple Westside Volvo dealerships to get back to me with an initial number. Other dealerships should take a page from Martin and Cynthia's playbook: when I first reached out online with terms, Cynthia was immediately responsive and was able to act as the conduit to Martin. This allowed me to get almost instant access to Martin during negotiations, and presumably allowed Martin to work with other prospective customers at the same time. To me, this makes sense; I have neither the time nor the desire to sit in a dealership for hours while the sales person waits "for an answer from the GM." All communication with Cynthia and Martin was completed via text until I walked in the dealership later that afternoon to sign and pick up the vehicle. That's how transactions in 2024 should work. If a modern car dealership is unwilling (or is slow) to work with you via text/email....find another dealership. Here's the ultimate sign of a positive sales experience: I'd consider leasing another vehicle from Galpin Volvo -- and maybe even from a different Galpin family brand -- based on my experience with Martin and Cynthia. I don't even really want a second Volvo, but I'd consider getting another one since Martin and Cynthia are so easy to work with. Thank you both for the help.

I brought my 2015 S 60 in for a variety of service I'd been putting off. I requested a prior service individual to help me, Tommy Hall.
